COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water gently cleanses and removes makeup while balancing and brightening the skin. Formulated with Niacinamide and Zinc PCA, it helps to control excess oil and improve skin tone, while Panthenol and Sodium Hyaluronate provide hydration and soothe the skin. This low pH formula ensures your skin stays balanced and comfortable, making it perfect for daily use on all skin types.

Pour onto a cotton pad and gently wipe all over the skin until all makeup and impurities have been removed.

*For long wear or heavy makeup, allow the cotton pad to sit on the area for about 10 seconds.

(No need to rinse but depending on personal cleansing habits, you may rinse with warm water or use a secondary cleanser if needed.)
